The plain bread crumbs are amazing. I agree with the above review. After trying many GF bread crumbs, these are definitely the most bread like in texture. I use it for meatballs, topping for fish, or topping for GF Mac and Cheese. Delicious!

We’ve tried myriad other gluten free bread crumbs and these were the first ones that tasted like BREAD crumbs, with a wonderful texture. We used them to make fried shrimp and they made a perfect crust that didn’t fall apart and had an excellent crunch. I highly recommend.
