Leaps and bounds beyond any GF “shake and bake” items out there. Other brands have turned out super hard or soggy. Used to bread pork chops and chicken. Both came out wonderful, crispy, didn’t get soggy, tastes great and kept the meat juicy. Thank you Aleia’s! I’m buying more!!

This product is perfect for crispy pork chops. The crumbs always stay crispy. I have used other GF bread crumbs in the past and they always get soggy. This doesn’t, and I have a feeling it is because you don’t add anything. I use pam olive oil cooking spray to spray both sides of the chops, place the chops in the bag, shake and press the crumbs into the meat, and that’s it! Be sure to use parchment paper so it doesn’t stick to the baking sheet.

I bought this at a gluten free event in Greensboro, NC recently. I used them on chicken tenderloins and they are INCREDIBLE. They are better than any store bought GF chicken fingers I’ve had. I’m buying 2 more boxes, plus two of the spicy! This will be a staple for my game day food!
