When Kimberly Snow, co/owner and executive chef at Aleia’s Restaurant, was a young girl her family gathered every Sunday, as they still do today. Everybody feasted on fresh garden salads and just picked vegetables. Her grandmother wanted nothing but the best for the family and their friends, so these fresh delights were always tossed with only all natural ingredients. From these family dinners, Aleia’s World’s Greatest^TM Dressings were born.

Aleia’s Restaurant served the white balsamic dressing to all their customers since the start of the restaurant in 1992. Over the years and after many compliments and inquiries as to where their customers could purchase it, they decided to bring the products to market.
