 Guest Requirements & Function Hours We host only one wedding at a time to give you our full attention and dedication. We offer flexibility when determining a start time for your wedding. If you are planning to have your ceremony on-site the start times are restricted. Deposit and Payment Procedures A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your reservation. Final payment is due seven business days prior to your event based on your final guest count and must be received in the form of a money order or certified bank check. Any additional charges are due in full at the conclusion of your event in the form of cash or credit card. All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note there are no exceptions to this policy. Guarantee A final guarantee of the number of guests attending must be received by the Director of Sales ten days prior to your event.
