I became gluten-free about five years ago, and since I have a sweet tooth, I went on a hunt for gluten-free cookies and baked goods. Unfortunately, many gluten-free cookies and baked goods taste like dirt. Others contain guar gum, xanthan gum, and the like, which for me are migraine triggers. Aleia's cookies taste great and do not contain any of those stabilizers that I avoid. I highly recommend these cookies!

These are so good! They don't taste like a gluten free cookie, they taste like their full gluten cousins. My favorite thing about these cookies is that I can enjoy them while dieting. I'm not gluten free, but I am on a strict lie calorie diet. Unfortunately, I still crave chocolate chip cookies every now and then, but most recipes are 150+ in calories, per cookie! These lovely little gems are only 80 calories each. Which means I can give in occasionally and not break my caloric limit in the process.
If all their other gluten free products taste as great as these, I can actually see myself beginning (mostly) gluten free, if only for the lower calorie treats with full calorie taste!
